The machine John Bean i-Aligner v3400 is designed for servicing passenger and commercial vehicle transport (with a load capacity of up to 3.5 tons), and measuring angles are carried out using built-in 3 cameras with automatic target movement with a resolution of 5.1 Mpx. Stand completely wireless, which ensures unobstructed passage between the adjustment columns.
Thanks to the patented camera technology, the stand obtains accurate measurement results in a short time. It significantly reduces diagnostic time and significantly increases productivity. Equipped with easy-to-use Software, the stand presents the operator with measurement results in a few minutes.
3D measurement technology provides results in three-dimensional space with absolute accuracy. To the operator, it is enough only to enter these data, after which the measurement process will start automatically, which significantly reduces the human factor. Also, 3D technology significantly reduces the time of the measurement process and provides the result in just a few minutes. The 3D stand has a short rolling distance and can be installed even in the smallest STO.
In addition to continuous calibration by the 3rd camera for accurate and reliable results, the system is equipped with wireless cameras and separate racks, which facilitate the creation of travel space. Thanks to the DigiSmart™ system for automatic movement of cameras by moving them on lifts (patent) excludes the need to adjust the stand. The stand will allow achieving high accuracy and much more mobility than wall or floor systems, and ease of use will allow easy mastery of work at the machine.
